January 2012, 2nd Executive Seminar “Maximize Your Board’s Potential”

After a successful Executive Seminar in the Harvard Faculty Club in 2011, The Decision Institute organized a similar 4-day seminar for 20 delegates from various international and family-owned companies. Aside from focusing on Maximizing Your Board’s potential, participants gained  insight in the differences of management between US and The Netherlands.

Executive Program “The New CFO”

Prof. Dr. Fred van Eenennaam of The Decision Institute is scientific director and teaches in The New CFO Executive Program of Erasmus University Rotterdam. The program was developed with Program Director Prof. Dr. Bert de Groot and discusses the most recent and relevant themes from the boardroom that are presented and discussed by professors and thought leaders from business.

January 2011, Executive Seminar “Maximize your Board potential”

Unique 4-day executive seminar for current and future board members has been introduced based on the successful Harvard Business School program: “Making Corporate Boards More Effective”. This invitation-only event covered a wide variety of corporate governance themes (remuneration, board design and responsibilities, oversight and director liability, etc.)
