We have developed several products as a result of our consulting work through the years. Clients appreciate these products aside from our regular strategy work, and often hiring them as stand-alone tools. Some of the key products are listed here.

1. The Decision Lab - workshop facilitation

Strategy consulting work with management teams, boards, and different platforms of collaboration is often supported by the Decision Lab: a suite of computer-based tools. The main added value of the Decision Lab is that it enables fast goal-oriented decision making. An example tool is an anonymous voting system that helps to quickly identify and separate topics of agreement from topics that need further discussion. Clients often hire the Decision Lab with technical support to enhance their meetings or workshops.

2. Conjoint analysis

Conjoint analysis has proven to be a valuable research tool for management to acquire insight in market segments, customer response profiles, price-value proposition sensitivity and competitive responses.

Technically, conjoint analysis is a tool to quantify the relative importance of several factors (properties) of products, services that can not easily be compared or measured. A classical example is: conjoint analysis can be used to acquire insight into the relative importance of the colour, price, and speed of a car.

3. Innovation Management Maturity Assessment (IMMA)

North Carolina State University, with 20 years experience in technology innovation for leading companies in the world, has developed the web-based Innovation Management Maturity Assessment tool (IMMA). This unique tool provides a systematic way to think about managing innovation and enables companies to define concrete improvement programs for top line growth.

The IMMA has been successfully used and has delivered top line growth for small and large international companies.  The Decision Group, which cooperates with NC State University, offers this IMMA tool to its clients.
