WHAT IS THE DECISION LAB 3.0?

Our state-of-the-art Decision Lab 3.0 is the tool to engage your decision making, whether it is used for agenda setting, to prioritize themes, or for board meetings. The Decision Lab 3.0 helps our clients take swift and sharpened decisions in a group setting. The process and electronic tools surrounding The Decision Lab create a ‘pressure cooker’, where more gets done in less time. The Decision Lab 3.0 replaces parts of the meeting for time-efficiency, with better & more in-depth results.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

A session or meeting is typically split up in a few rounds, following an agenda and with a clear open-focus-close approach to all rounds. The duration of a session is usually 2-4 hours. Large lists of ideas and comments are accommodated and conveniently consolidated and organized. After the collection of data, various tools of the Decision Lab can be used to vote, prioritize, explore and verify the degree of consensus. The results can be analyzed further and presented in a report. The Decision Group can help interpreting results and guide you in taking the next steps.

HOW TO USE THE DECISION LAB 3.0?

The Decision Lab can be used for €1500,- per daypart including specialized consultant support. This support includes 1 hour preparation of the agenda and a print of the results.
